Welcome to DealDocs, a service dedicated to providing professional real estate transaction documentation at dealdocs.vip. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Definitions

DealDocs refers to the website and services operated by DealDocs. Service refers to real estate transaction documentation offerings. Digital Content refers to downloadable guides, templates, and training materials. Physical Goods refers to printed documents, binders, and other tangible items.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or accessing any aspect of our offerings, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

3. Service Offerings

3.1 Real Estate Documentation Services

DealDocs provides drafting, review, and consultation on documents required for property agreements, title transfers, disclosures, and other related paperwork.

3.2 Digital Content

DealDocs offers downloadable resources such as e‐guides, form templates, and instructional videos to support transaction processes.

3.3 Physical Goods

DealDocs may supply printed copies of documents, branded folders, and other hard‐copy materials delivered to your address.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders for services, digital content, or physical goods require payment in full before any work begins or any download link or shipment is provided.

5. Fees and Delivery

Fees are listed on our site at the time of order. Delivery of digital content occurs via email link. Physical goods are shipped to the address provided and typically arrive within the timeframe stated at checkout.

6. Refund Policy

We strive for satisfaction. The following terms apply to requests for reimbursement of payments made to DealDocs.

6.1 Documentation Services

If you request a refund for a documentation service within 7 days of order and the work has not yet commenced, we will issue a full reimbursement. If work has begun, we offer a prorated reimbursement based on the portion of work completed. Alternatively, with mutual agreement, you may transfer the service to another project or date at no extra charge.

6.2 Digital Content

Due to the immediate availability of digital content, requests for refunds must be submitted within 14 days of purchase and only if no more than one download has occurred. If eligible, a full reimbursement will be processed. No transfers or shares of digital content are permitted.

6.3 Physical Goods

For printed materials and other goods, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and sent back in original condition. You are responsible for shipping costs to send back the item. Upon receipt and inspection, we will process a full reimbursement to the payment method used. shares for alternative items may be arranged by contacting us at our contact form.

6.4 No Reimbursement Cases

Certain custom services, once delivered or finalized, are not eligible for reimbursement due to their bespoke nature and the resources allocated. We clearly note these exceptions on the service description page.

7. Modifications to Terms

DealDocs may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised date at the top. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Limitation of Liability

DealDocs is not liable for incidental or consequential claims arising from use of our materials. Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid by you for the relevant order.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Bern.
